Mr. Huerta has over 23 years of experience in civil and structural engineering projects. This experience includes bridge inspection & design for highway and railroad bridges, commercial structure design, foundation design, hydraulic analysis, residential structures, and several smaller structural design and consultation projects in the private sector.

He has managed over 30 major construction inspection and design projects for various clients during his 12 years as the president of S&E. He is the Administrative Manager and Project Engineer for all projects. His close involvement in our projects assures both quality and cost control.
