Andres Huerta, PE
Principal
Mr. Huerta has over 35 years of experience in civil and structural engineering. He founded S&E on March 17, 1988. Since then, S&E has been involved in design and construction inspection projects for government, commercial and industrial clients throughout the US, Canada and Mexico. Andres is the Project manager for all inspection projects, and is involved in all projects at S&E.
Mark L. Bajorek, PE
Sr. Structural Engineer
Mark has over 18 years of structural engineering experience. Mark has overall responsibility for the design team and quality control. His vaired experience in a structural design ranges from residences, to commercial / industrial / municipal building structures, bridge design, to amusement ride design. His recent work includes the structural renovations and additions to 10 1920’s era school buildings in the City of Buffalo, and the analysis of several amusement rides for hurricane wind loads.
